Raw banana (kaccha kela) is a great substitute for potatoes in various recipes & is also know for number of health benefits. They are rich source of vitamins & minerals like vitamin C, vitamin B6 & potassium. Also as they help in maintaining blood sugar level, they are often recommended to diabetic people.
I have boiled raw banana in pressure cooker but you can even use instant pot for this. You can also add more spices like cumin, red chiili powder, chaat masala if you are not making for fasting. It can be served with raw mango chutney or green chutney.
