Objectif :
- Comment développer un bon accueil dans l'entreprise ?
- Comment bien accueillir un client ou un employé (notamment un nouvel employé) ?

Résumé : L'Accueil est la porte d'entrée de l'organisation. Il faut être à l'écoute et bienveillant, de manière proactive et empathique et s'adapter à l'interlocuteur.
