This is a another 10Screamer overdrive pedal style.
Has more useful functions and True bypass.
The toggle switches are the Clipping mode (Stock and Non clipping)
And the right toggle switch is a Tone mod will give more rich sound more brightness (not the same tone as the Tone knob.)
