Caroline was a fantastic youth soccer player and a top 2010 national college recruit and has had a fantastic impact on the UT soccer program and has again been able to continue using underwater treadmills and therapy pools at their outstanding sports medicine facilities at UT. It is great to see her fulfill her dream of attending UT and making such a positive impact on their soccer program. – Mike McHug. Guess what, that was a few years ago and she went on to win the best medals because she used the best therapy (aquatic) and did cross-training with it.
Now we go to the present, you do not have to be a student athlete at UT to use the same special equipment that their players get to use, you can come to Murfreesboro H3O Aquatics plus more! Do you want to train like the best? Than get over to H3O and start doing it. Don't follow those other guys who do not want the best. We will see you soon. You will be the rockers and rollers in your sports teams after working with our athletic trainers and specialty aquatic athletic equipment not available anywhere else.
Parents, did you know that all Olympian runners use underwater treadmills for training. I mean every athlete that runs in any sport. That is how much value the coaches and trainers put on underwater treadmills. Bring your kids to train like the pros. They will have fun and thank you for it!
