There are a few bad habits in getting your ex back that a lot of people would really benefit if they would quit. Stop doing this to get your ex back and you'll have much better success.

I know that the "little league" version of getting your ex back that you've probably seen all over the place seems incredibly simple (Do no contact and write a heartfelt letter)...

However, there are a lot of people that are approaching the process with the wrong mindset and the wrong actions that are holding them back.

As you know I'm not even a huge fan of just doing Passive No Contact and writing a letter... there are other things that could be more helpful for you.
