3. 요즘 뭐가 제일 기대돼요? 기대되는 일 있어요?
What are you the most excited about? Is there something you are excited about?

4. 무슨 일을 가장 후회해요? (= 무슨 일이 제일 후회돼요?)

NOTE: Basically, emotion verbs with 하다 is used much more often with various endings (most of endings) whereas 되다 is mostly used to express 1st and 2nd person's feelings.
