Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended and inaugurated the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Prime Minister also addressed the gathering on the occasion of inauguration of the first Hindu Mandir in the capital city of the Gulf country. He said, "The construction of the temple involved the collaboration of people from various religious traditions. I have also been informed that the temple's 7 pillars or minarets symbolize the 7 emirates of the UAE."
