Hi, it's Sophia Connell! I'm here to show you around the Racing Capital of the World for the Indycar iRacing series! Two and a half miles, flat, and fast, it's the rectangular crown jewel of the Indycar circuit. Let's kiss the bricks and drink some milk!

The weather will be cold, so passing will be easier than past races at the rectangle.

Use the bottom two lanes whenever possible, and put your left side tire below the white line if you can. Back up when you're in traffic, and roll the high side if the others in front are camping the bottom. Pit strategy will be a good way to make up spots, remember it's 30 laps on a full tank. Pit early and find a swap partner, or hope you catch a lucky yellow.

Tools:
FARB: 6 in clean air, 5 or 4 when in traffic
RARB: 1
Weight Jacker: Not needed given the temperatures

Difficulty: Racetrack; medium - hitting your line and avoiding aero push is critical. Pitlane; Hard. Entry is a point to lose the race from lost time or a penalty, and pit exit has a new unforgiving track limit that will also give a penalty.

Tips:
Practice Qualifying.
Pit when your fuel window is open - but don't be afraid to go off strategy if you're buried in the pack on an early yellow.
Breathe the throttle to avoid pushing up when passing or on exit in dirty air.
