My lifestyle is inspired by foods and activities that support my metabolism (pro-metabolic eating + living). I eat grass-fed meats, sourdough, eggs, raw dairy, fruit, collagen, gelatin, bone broth, raw honey, and properly cooked grains. I'm regaining my energy, my skin is better than ever, I'm handling stress well and I finally feel like I'm living...not constantly judging myself, restricting, and suffering.
