It started with a simple idea. That everyone in Orange County deserves a safe and affordable place to call home, and food on their table.

On December 13, that idea came to life as hundreds gathered in Irvine for The Person in Front of You. A stunning aerial photo event that brought together community members, local leaders, faith partners, students, and families.

Standing shoulder-to-shoulder, we created more than an image. We added solidarity to a movement. A movement saying that we stand together for real solutions that support housing stability and help to end hunger across Orange County.

But this moment isn't the finish line. It's the starting point. Everyone in that photo is now part of the movement, wearing out shirts as symbols of solidarity and compassion. Wherever we go, we carry this message forward:
housing is possible, hunger is solvable, and together, change is visible.

This our moment to be the movement. For hope, for homes, and for The Person in Front of You.
