🧼 How the Euromak Automatic Mat Cleaning Machine Works

Mat Loading
Operators feed dirty mats into the front of the machine. Both rubber and textile mats are accepted.

Pre-Soaking & Brushing
As the mat enters, it passes through a water spray system that loosens dirt. Then, rotating brushes scrub both the top and bottom of the mat to remove embedded grime, salt, grease, and debris.

Powerful Rinse Cycle
Clean water jets rinse the mat thoroughly, washing away loosened dirt and detergent.

Pressurized Water Extraction
A strong roller system or vacuum extracts water from the mat. This reduces drying time and ensures mats are returned in near-dry condition.

Mat Exit & Roll-Off
Clean mats automatically exit the rear of the machine onto a conveyor or collection tray — ready for drying or return to the customer.
