Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the language of Article 1, Section 24 of the Washington State Constitution and how it compares with its Federal counterpart, the Second Amendment. We discuss some of the language which was carefully selected by our first Constitutional legislature and some of the historical perspective as to ongoing events in early Washington statehood which greatly influenced the intent of our first Constitutional Congress.
