Why I Don't Use A GM Screen

Yeah I know. I'm the bad guy. I don't use a GM screen and I speak in fractured sentences. But seriously, Why I Don't Use A GM Screen is a big deal to me! It makes me anxious! I understand it's a tool to help GMs out, and I know a lot of them get benefit out of it. Yet Why I Don't Use A GM Screen is simply because I feel partitioned off from my friends. No one else uses a screen, why do I have to be singled out? This is OUR table, not MY table! I really just want to be at the level of everyone else, nothing special and no more powerful than the rest of the table.

Another reason Why I Don't Use A GM Screen is because I don't care about about hiding my rolls. Seriously, if you want to cheat THAT bad, that's not my problem. I've already got a lot going on as the GM, I don't need to worry about people cheating. If that's how they get their kicks, well, that's their problem.

And finally, the last reason Why I Don't Use A GM Screen is because I don't hide my notes. I don't put them in plain sight, but I'm not trying to Fort Knox them either. Again, if the player is trying to cheat by reading my notes, then that just sucks for them for thinking that's what fun is.
