Update 13: Building, fabricating, constructing a Formula 1000 race car front wing using a moldless technique with epoxy & fiberglass over a styrofoam foam core airfoil shape cut with a homemade hot-wire foam cutter. Laminated with aluminum mounts to allow jacking the front of the car by the wing. We also make front wing endplates using a fiberglass honeycomb sandwich layup.
