Our mission is to create personalized hair pieces for all of our clients. We strive to provide individualized solutions for each woman who chooses Milano. Hair Toppers and Wigs are not “one size fits all” - we’ve designed a wide range of products that help address different hair needs.

In addition to that, once we help you select the hair piece that would be the best fit for your hair needs, our team will personalize it for you.

The little details make a huge difference! Whether it be color, cut, styling, adding hair, removing hair, adjusting the cap, adding or removing ear pieces, moving wefts, adjusting the hairline etc. there are so many different ways that we can personalize each wig or hair topper.

We want your hair piece to make you feel comfortable & confident! So, these details mean the world to us.

However, with that being said, these adjustments can take some time to perfect! We want to manage expectations prior to coming into our showrooms 🫶

Sometimes, it can take a few hours to complete a piece after we’ve chosen it for you. Sometimes it takes less than an hour. It all depends on what needs to be done, what requests you may have, how busy / booked we are on that day etc.

Our team of seamstresses are also on-site, doing these adjustments in real time. All we ask for is your patience and understanding ❤️
