There is a connection between the foods we eat and the energy levels you can maintain during the day. Plus, the things we and drink affects our moods and the ability to handle stresses we all encounter at work.

A low energy level combined with an inability to adequately handle stress has been shown to contribute to more unsafe work practices. People tend to take more shortcuts when they are tired or stressed out and tend to become more distracted. Distractions cause more accidents than any other single cause.
