Among them are superstitions, practices once followed with great seriousness but often without reason. In today’s program, we listen to three respected elders as they recall the superstitions that shaped daily life in their younger days, and the ways people sought to free themselves from those constraints. These stories are shared not to endorse superstition, but to reflect on the past, understand how it influenced our communities, and appreciate the wisdom gained in moving beyond it.

ལོ་རྒྱུས་ཁྲོད་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ཚང་མའི་ནང་རང་སོ་སོའི་དད་མོས་དང་ཡིད་ཆེས་བྱ་ལུགས་མང་པོ་རེ་ཡོད་ཅིང་། ཁག་གཅིག་རྒྱུ་མཚན་ལྡན་པ་དང་ཁག་གཅིག་འཇིགས་སྐྲག་དང་ཕྱིན་ཅི་ལོག་པའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་བྱུང་གི་ཡོད། དེའི་ཁོངས་རྣམ་རྟོག་ཞེས་པ་ནི་སྔོན་ཆད་མི་མང་པོ་ཞིག་གིས་ཧ་ཅང་གལ་ཆེེར་རྩིས་ཏེ་གཟབ་ནན་གྱི་བསྟེན་སྲོལ་ཡོད་ནའང་། དེང་སྐབས་རྒྱུ་མཚན་དང་རིགས་པ་མེད་པར་ངོས་འཛིན་བྱེད་མཁན་ཡང་ཡོད་པ་རེད།
དེ་རིང་གི་བོད་ཀྱི་རིག་གཞུང་དང་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་གྱི་དོ་ར་ཞེས་པའི་ལས་རིམ་འདིའི་ནང་། ང་ཚོས་བོད་མི་མི་རབས་རྒན་པ་གསུམ་དང་ལྷན་དུ་ཁོང་ཚོའི་མི་ཚེ་ཁྲོད་རྣམ་རྟོག་དང་དེ་དག་གི་ཤུགས་རྐྱེན། ལྷག་པར་རྣམ་རྟོག་དེ་དག་གི་གཏོར་ཆོག་བཅས་ཀྱི་སྐོར་དྲན་གསོ་གནང་བ་བཅས་རྒྱང་སྲིང་ཞུས་ཡོད།
འདི་ག་རླུང་འཕྲིན་ཁང་ནས་ད་རེས་ཀྱི་ལས་རིམ་དེ་ཉིད་རྣམ་རྟོག་ལ་མོས་མཐུན་རྒྱབ་སྐྱོར་མཚོན་བྱེད་མིན་པར་དེ་ལས་ཟློག་སྟེ། འདས་པའི་བྱུང་བ་ལ་བསམ་གཞིགས་ཀྱིས། དེས་ང་ཚོའི་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ལ་ཤུགས་རྐྱེན་ཇི་ལྟར་ཐེབས་ཡོད་པ་མཁྱེན་རྟོགས་དང་དེ་དག་གི་འཚམས་ལས་བརྒལ་ཏེ། བློ་གྲོས་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ཇི་ཐོབ་ལ་གདེང་འཇོག་གིས་ཡི་རངས་ཞུ་ཆེད་དུ་ཡིན།
