Chief minister BS Yediyurappa on Friday lobbed the Panchamasali sect’s demand for reservation under 2A category into the central government’s court, saying he didn’t have powers to take the call. But a few hours later, he rowed back on the comment and asked the State Backward Classes Commission to submit a report on the sect’s request.
