This is the Lachlan Valley Way (Grenfell Rd) level crossing at Forbes. It is located in western New South Wales on the line from Cootamundra to Parkes.

These signals were installed on June 19, 1986 (same day as Eugowra Rd, Forbes) and the setup remains mostly original today. The only major changes have been upgrades to the crossbucks and signage, and the original incandescent lights being retrofitted with LED's. Both signals have unmarked bases and each signal has one marked and three unmarked Westinghouse lights fitted with Alstom LED's. The southern signal also has an older model Western Cullen Hayes mechanical bell.

Train information:
1st train: John Holland Tamper (41263) and Ballast Regulator (41140) are being towed from Cootamundra to Gunnedah by locomotives 8137, 8116 and 8170. The train number is 3M71N and it was filmed on May 16, 2019.

2nd train: 3PS6 freight from Perth to Sydney, with locomotives NR69, NR90, NR23 and NR99. Filmed on May 17, 2019.
