DETAILS:

A woman stated a man jumped in front of the blue car causing them to swerve and land on the high pressured hydrant
The car has busted out windows and water could be seen going in and out
The driver was seen by paramedics
Water could be seen shooting at least 125 feet into the air
LAFD can not shut it off
LAFD used their firetruck to pull the car off the water spout (on camera)
As of 12:15am water still shooting up into the air
A woman stated her apartment was flooded with her two dogs still inside
