This video it's about the Megalithic Bronze Age Grave ("Nuragic") "Sa Domu 'e s'Orcu" (The House of the Ogre) in Sardinia, Italy. This kind of burial it's commonly known in Sardinia as "Giants' grave" or "Tomb of the Giants" and it has been a common grave in the Sardinian Bronze Age (ca 1800-1400 b.C.). The culture that has made these sepulchres it's known as "Nuragic" because the "Nuraghe", a dry-stone tower, it's the main expression of the building capacities of this ancient population, and it has remained a powerful symbol until the Iron Age. The nuraghi have been used until the late Bronze Age/Early Iron Age, although Carthaginians, Romans, and even Byzantines have re-used the towers for multiple purposes until medieval times. This typology of Nuragic Giants Tomb is known as "Cyclopic", instead of the other kind, a more ancient typology, that it's known as "arched stele type" ("Stele Centinata").
In this video, I explain the general lines that can define this kind of monument, with a general explanation of how it was used due to the archaeological excavation made by the archaeologists.
