Description:
After the battle of St. Louis, several unsettling circumstances were discovered. The mangled body of General Vladimir, new Soviet weapons, experiments on our citizens, and bizarre new technologies we cannot understand yet. Still, our industrial might is back, the fight in the U.S. is mostly over, and in Asia, the Pacific Front is slowly retaking South Korea. News of your achievements have been heard far and wide, but don't get too comfortable Commander, as the Comintern's wrath has taken its toll. The Soviet soldiers Boris and Morales have raided Paris and its hidden underground European research complex, freeing the legendary cyborgs Volkov and Chitzkoi from captivity, as well as releasing Dr. Demitri, a former Russian defector whose current whereabouts are unknown to us.

Steinstech's co-founder, Siegfried, has requested us to recover some of their lost tech as they have a lead in the Yucatan. The signal from the tracking devices attached to their "Hybrid Towers" has been triangulated in the ruined Mayan city of Tulum, hidden in the deep jungles of Mexico. Furthermore, we have past intel that the LC possess a giant research facility of their own, where they develop their own technologies. This is the chance to repay part of our debt to the Europeans and severely hamper Latin war efforts by sabotaging their already weak industrial strength, aiding our strategy to devastate the Confederation as a fighting force. For this task, we will deploy two new prototypes provided by Kanegawa Industries to help you locate, recover the Hybrid Towers, and destroy their R&D facility.

Objective: Destroy the Latin Confederation forces and reclaim the Hybrid Towers.
