Lesson 14 - In this video we'll cover some more capabilities in terms of controlling data sets and keeping them refreshed as required.

Once data sources are published online, anyone who has access to your site (depending on permissions you set), can connect directly to the data source and begin performing their analysis/visualization. This is much better that users having to contact you to provide them with extracts as this takes up your time and wastes theirs because they had to wait.

By making it accessible online it saves everyone time and it has the added benefit that when you finally update/refresh the data, everyones dashboards that are connected will also refresh with the latest data.
