Y'all know I love a good selfceare day, but sometimes I think we focus too much on the superficial. I love that stuff too, but that stuff is not like the cherry on top. This is a peek into what it's like for me to not only take care of my mental health and my physical health. Of course we will do the shower routine and the skincare routine, but we will be going deeper than that in today's video. And I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.
