Yes you can learn one airflare (the bboy powermove) in only 5 minutes. It is good to have upperbody strength before attempting. I made this video for people who have been needing help with the airflare and have yet to do one. Keep in mind to keep your hips over your head. use the secret exercises in this video to help. Use the ledge or poll to keep your hips above your head as you practice the throw. Throw fast. Get that hand down before your feet.

Doing one airflare does not have to take that long. You just really have to focus and commit. I do recommend that you have the upper body strength and flexibility before hand! To do multiple airflares is where the focus will really come into play. Check out my full tutorial for information on that below.
