Siskel and Ebert reviews an American action film “Road House”, starring Patrick Swayze, Sam Elliott, Kelly Lynch, and Ben Gazzara in May 19, 1989. Both of them gave the film thumbs down because they said that it was a parody. Roger also said that it’s not a good movie, but viewed in the right frame of mind, it is not a boring one, except recycled clichés. I actually agreed with Gene and Roger, I didn’t like this movie, either. Although, it’s quite less entertaining than more exciting. A marginal thumbs down for me on “Road House”.
