Linzi J Kemp PhD., Manchester Metropolitan University; M.B.A., Brunel University; BEd. Member of the British Academy of Management.Linzi is an Associate Professor with the American University of Sharjah, teaching Women in Leadership, Leadership and Organizational Behavior to graduate and undergraduate students. Her research focuses on women in employment and leadership in the United Arab Emirates, and wider Middle East region.
