This is part of my European mountain biking trip. I initially spent the day in Paganella, Italy riding a Santa Cruz Nomad and using the chair lifts. Today I hire an E bike, a Mondraker Crafty and don't use the chair lift. Which is the most enjoyable and biggest workout?
