ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Grace Acan, a resilient survivor and a pivotal figure in the establishment of SEMA - The Global Network of Victims and Survivors to End Wartime Sexual Violence. Drawing from her own eight-year ordeal as a captive of Ugandan rebels, vividly detailed in her 2018 book, "Not Yet Sunset," Grace now passionately advocates for justice on behalf of abducted girls in war. Her commitment extends to supporting fellow survivors in the challenging journey of rebuilding their lives, emphasising the crucial pursuit of reparation and justice.
