In this tutorial, we are going to build a three tier cake using Buttercream with Fresh Roses. Tiered cakes adds that wow factor to the cake, making it a bit more fun and special for the event. The cake sizes starting from the bottom are 10", 8" and 6".

Dummy 10X6 and Full cake height 18.5 inches)

Ingredients

Cake 3Kg 750g (75-100 servings)

Butter 1Kg
Sugar 1Kg
Eggs 20
Flour 1Kg
Vanilla 8tsp
Baking Powder 8tsp
Fresh Milk 240ml

Butter Icing

Butter 1.5 Kg
Icing Sugar 3Kg
Vanilla 4tsp
Milk 4tsp (Optional)
