In this video, I’ll show you how to get Dragon Fruit seeds in Don’t Starve Together.

To begin, you need to find the Lunar Island and travel there.
Once you arrive, look for Salamanders and build a campfire. Keep it fueled throughout the night.
At night, the Salamanders will gather around the fire to warm up and fall asleep nearby.
Since only one Salamander sleeps at each fire, it’s recommended to build several campfires.

In the morning, when the Salamanders wake up, they will ripen — and at that point, you can safely kill them to obtain a Dragon Fruit.

There’s also another method to get the fruit:
You might find bath bombs on the island — here’s what they look like — or you can craft them at the Celestial Altar.
Throw one of these bombs into any geyser. A Salamander will eventually come to it, or may already be sleeping nearby.
After it wakes up, it will also ripen, and you’ll be able to defeat it to get the fruit.

Finally, return to your base and feed the Dragon Fruit to a bird in a cage.
The bird will give you seeds in return, which you can then plant in your farm and grow more fruit.
