Here is the complete chord run that is repeated throughout the song. Each chord is one measure long, 4 beats to the measure:

These chords repeat in this same order throughout the song. And remember, each chord gets the same time measure, always. The verse that goes "Now in a bar you're getting drunk" starts on the C C7 of the chord run whereas before this in the song the verses start on F F7. You can easily figure it out.

These chords work very well with a ukulele (tuned GCEA) but If the chords in this key are too difficult to play on a guitar, a capo won't help But you can tune each string of your guitar down one whole step and play these easier chords:

Of course you could just play these chords in regular tuning; you will just be in Key of G instead of Key of F. I like the sound of the detuned guitar with these chords. I know it can be a pain to detune and retune yur guitar, but if you can't do that fairly quickly, you should practice and keep at it.
