In this inspiring TEDx Talk titled “The Wheel of Life” by Bilal Bin Saqib. I, Dua Fatima BusinessWali, dive into the powerful message behind understanding balance, purpose, and the different areas of our lives that shape who we become. At just ten years old and currently studying at Rehan School Online Academy – Foundation Level Batch 06 (RSOA #311), this talk left a deep impact on me and encouraged me to think about life in a new and meaningful way. This was also my TEDx Talk no. 12 in English, guided by my wonderful facilitator, Maha Khan Graphicswali.

Bilal Bin Saqib uses the idea of a “Wheel of Life” to explain how our life is made up of different parts—like education, family, friendships, goals, emotions, and personal growth—just like the spokes of a wheel. When all these parts are balanced, our life moves smoothly. But if even one part is missing or ignored, our wheel becomes uneven, and we find it harder to move forward. This message helped me understand that success is not just about one thing, but about taking care of all areas of our life with equal attention.

As I listened, I felt motivated to look at my own “wheel” and think about what I can improve. The talk reminded me that every step, whether big or small, helps us grow. It also encouraged me to appreciate the importance of kindness, community, and helping others—values Bilal Bin Saqib often highlights in his work. His story shows that age does not define impact; even young people like me can contribute to the world meaningfully.

This TEDx experience didn’t just teach me something new—it inspired me. I learned how small actions can create big change, and how understanding ourselves better can help us build happier, more balanced lives. I am grateful that my facilitator, Maha Khan Graphicswali, helped me explore this talk and express my thoughts with confidence.
