This video explains how homeowners and tenants in Great Britain can qualify for a Government grant for energy saving measures to be installed to make their homes warmer and save money on their fuel bills.

There are Government grants available for eco measures such as condensing boilers, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, solid wall insulation; and renewable energy saving measures such as solar PV and air source heat pumps.

There are various Government Grant schemes available including the Energy Company Obligation scheme (ECO scheme), the LA Flex scheme, the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, the Home Upgrade Grant and the Great British Insulation scheme.

There are numerous ways in which people can qualify for Government funding including:
1. If someone in the property receives certain tax credits or benefits.
2. If the total annual income of the property is below £31,000 per year.
3. If somebody living in the property has a long term health condition.
