This was a 10K race between 12:57 5K runner Marc Scott and European Cross country silver medalist and 2:08 marathon runner Emile Cairess.

It was on a hilly course hosted by Blackburn Harriers as the Northern Athletics 10k Championships. The video was hosted on ‪@RunThroughTV‬ around Ribble Valley. And won by Marc Scott after a very fast final 200m in a time of 28:47.
