This week on the Uncommon Ramen channel, your hero will throw his hat into the ring and follow a recipe to honor a very special ramen shop in Tokyo. Bizentei and its master Ueda Masamoto is the subject of an amazingly quaint and nostalgic documentary “Come Back ANytime”. The film is simple and straightforward like the ramen featured.


Just one cookbook has never been a destination on the internet for me but has become a common landing pad after searches for dashi, tsukemen, ramen noodles, soba, and sushi.

I tried out the recipe as posted on www.justonecookbook.com and decided to try out the recipe to the letter. I needed just a couple pics to enter but here I am with a full blown vlog.
