Former African National Congress (ANC) Western Cape Chairperson Marius Fransman will contest this year’s election. He will do this with the group he leads, The People’s Movement for Change (PMC). Fransman says the high unemployment rate, particularly among the youth and the crippling power cuts are some of the issues that need to be tackled head on, which he says has reached unacceptable levels.
