See the aftermath of the May 16, 2018 protests in Kazeroun, in Fars Province in Iran as the people clashed with the State Security Forces. The city looks like a war-torn area.

According to the network of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI, MEK) inside the country, who provided the footage, the city is tense again. The streets leading to the main square, called Kheyrat Square has been surrounded by security forces and anti-riot guards. But the protesters have been gathering in separate groups and have set tires on fire. The guards fired tear gas to the protesters but they are still in the streets.
