Episode 9 of Ranch Simulator: Southwest was all about patience paying off.

After a long wait, our hogs finally grew up — and the harvest was worth it. We pulled in 26 pieces of high-quality pork, which we turned into sausages and meatballs (some with eggs, some without).

To take things even further, we built a preserving bin and started producing dried meats, pushing our operation to the next level.

The result? A massive $1,300 sale from meats and a few vegetables — one of our biggest paydays yet.

With the profits, we reinvested in the ranch by buying our first small trailer and two extra coolers, making it easier to haul more produce and supplies back and forth.

The ranch is scaling up fast, and that $1,000,000 goal is getting closer every episode.
