Plein air Pastel Painting (An example on how to interpret your scene) Painting a Tree

Описание к видео Plein air Pastel Painting (An example on how to interpret your scene) Painting a Tree

This painting was a demo while I was teaching at Tallapoosa School of Art on the bank of Lake Martin in Alabama. Simplifying your scene and using your artistic license can allow you more freedom when painting outdoors. Paying attention to the light and using colors and values to create atmospheric perspective are also helpful. These and many other things will be discussed, as well as how to avoid yellow jackets from invading your demo.

Something happened when editing and I ended up with two audio files at the same time. I am still learning all of this, and I apologize when things don't quite go as planned. I deleted that part of the audio and did a voice over; only my second one. I learned so much this first year of filming and plan to continue moving forward to improve the experience for you all.
