Cheeky baboons enchant tourists in the Cape Town area with their antics. However, their behavior is not always charming. Hundreds of chacma baboons have become a public nuisance roaming the Cape Town area climbing on rooftops, entering homes, even stealing food off the plates of restaurant patrons. This is not entirely their fault. As human settlements increasingly encroach on baboons' habitat, the region struggles to find solutions.
