A quick video showing how I finished off the exhaust finally.
Ignore my intro mistake, this is actually Episode 65 !

Had to add a 30 degree section at the end of each one to get the ends of the exhausts firing properly into my duct system at the correct angle.

Made a mounting tab for each one to bolt it to the sides of the aluminium ducting.

Found some vibration resistant non-nyloc nuts to hold it all together !

Finally found some high temperature paint that has good reviews since many paints sold as suitable for exhausts tend to fall off quite quickly. No idea if it will stay on or not but worth a try.
