Jamieshow Retro Glam Liz and outfit box opening review 16" Gene Marshall fashion doll body

#The Gene Marshall doll is iconic in the fashion doll world, and Jamieshow are leaders in the 16" resin BJD world, so combining those two things is a pretty good mix. Jamieshow have previously made Gene Marshall dolls but sadly retired her several years ago. Not quite as exciting as a comeback, but nonetheless wonderful news was the release of new dolls sharing Gene's incredible body. This doll release was incredibly exciting, but also came with a pretty hefty cost as these dolls are sadly not cheap, and with the change to releasing basic dolls with no accessories whatsoever (not even hair), the price for ending up with a fullset has definitely increased.
So are these new dolls as good as they hype? Are they worth that added cost for putting all the items together? I loved the look of Liz's sculpt, so I purchased her, along with a wig and outfit from this release.
