Union Pils & Murder Ballads | Noble Beast Brewing Co. | Beer Review |

In this review, I'm going to take a look at two beers from the Noble Beast Brewing Company, and it's their Union Pils and Murder Ballads. The former is a Czech-style Pilsner, while the latter is a Baltic Porter. I've done something like this before on the channel, where I review two different beers from a brewery that is new to me, and I thought it'd be cool to do it for Noble Beast. I've never had anything from the brewery, but I've heard good things, so I'm excited to give both of these a go. Let's see how they are! Commercial Description:

(Union Pils) - Traditionally brewed with a double-decoction mash to enhance malt flavor and balanced with Czech Saaz hops for a delightfully floral and spicy aroma. Lagered two months for clarity of flavor.

(Murder Ballads) - A cold lager fermentation sets this porter apart from its English and American brethren. An amazingly complex dark malt character produces layers of milk chocolate, cherries, plums, and toffee. Full bodied with a touch of sweetness up front, Murder Ballads finishes with a dry coffee roast. 2019 Bronze & 2020 Silver GABF Medal Winner.
