ABOUT REIKI ASMR
Reiki is a healing modality that helps recipients to engage life force energy. When one can open to receive Reiki, one has the potential for great healing, as Reiki flows where it's needed and how it's needed, when it is accepted. I pair distance Reiki energy healing with ASMR elements -- such as slow hand movements, soft spoken guided meditation, relaxing music, and more -- to assit viewers in relaxing so that they can open to receive and accept Reiki. I also pair Reiki with other healing modialities as appropriate, such as sound healing, smoke cleansing, crystal therapy, cosmic shamanism, aromotherapy, and more, to support my own and viewers' intentions for healing.

ABOUT REIKI BY REQUEST
During live sessions viewers can make requests for personalized Reiki healing. Although requests are crafted for a particular request, everyone is capable of receiving the Reiki energy, as Reiki always flows as it's needed despite any thematic focus.
