The life of Hossein, the young nomadic boy, is filled with the shadows of family struggles and failures. He lives in a traditional community, far from resources, carrying a heavy burden of sorrow and pain. Hossein lives with his mother, Tahria, who is experiencing emotional and economic crises due to the absence of her elder son, Hojjat.

Hojjat, Tahria's older son, has been imprisoned because of political or social issues, enduring a difficult life behind bars. Tahria thinks of him every day and often wishes her life could return to normal. The calls and threats from those whom Hossein cannot confront not only add psychological pressure on him and his mother but also keep them in a constant state of fear for the future.
