3PAR Software Enhancements

In addition to announcing the new StoreServ 20800 and StoreServ 20850 during HP Discover in Las Vegas, the HP Storage team added a number of software enhancements to the 3PAR platform. Asynchronous streaming allows for remote replication with low latency. Online import allows you to quickly migrate from HDS TagmaStore Network Storage Controller, US, and VSP systems in addition to the existing support for EMC VMAX, VNX and Clariion CX4 as well as HP EVAs. HP 3PAR Peer Motion now includes non-disruptive, bi-directional data movement for up to 4 arrays. 3PAR persistent checksum helps guarantee data integrity.
