You are working on a Magento Open Source website. You are tasked with creating a customer attribute called customer_rep_id. This attribute is successfully created in your data patch: MyCompany\MyModule\Setup\Patch\Data\AddCustomerRepIdAttribute.
However, this attribute is not visible in the form when creating a new customer.

ℹ️ Create a new customer attribute
Create a new patch to inject the attribute's ID into the customer form attributes table.
When you add a custom attribute to a customer, it won't automatically appear in the admin form or on the frontend. You have to tell Magento the specific forms you want it to appear using the customer_form_attribute table. Simply inject the form name and the attribute ID.
