- at check-in, you will receive several tokens that you can exchange for ice cream, use in the children's playroom,...
- near the hotel is a big shopping centre - Terminal 21
- the "sky pool" (on the roof) can be used from the age of 12!
- smoking is prohibited in the entire area. There are designated zones for this - I found one in the SPA, the other is in front of the hotel. I didn't find another one.
- on the other side of the hotel is a money exchange and store, where you can find everything you need (it´s open almost 24 hours a day)
