What is Prana? Exploring the meanings of Breathing and OM sounds.

Prana means life force, and it drives all the Transformations and actions of life we breathe. It continuously is the soul nourishment that allows us to be alive. Every time we breathe in, The Prana recharges all the cells within the body, and every time we Breathe Out, The Prana discharges all the toxins or excess we may have within our body.

Breathe comes from the German word atmen, which comes from the Sanskrit word Atman; we all know in the Egyptian practice that Atman is that place beyond the ego; the more we become present in the act of breathing, the more we allow also the body to discharge the toxin.

Keeping an awareness of the flow of breathing also allows us to have fewer contractions within the body. When we start noticing that we have contractions, we have blockages tension anxiety worries the breath is contracted some of us may experience a contraction within the stomach so breath naturally won't move into the belly or even other parts of the body.

When that happens, we also understand that maybe there's not much flow into our lives. We can also use it as an indicator of what's going on within us. Our breath can tell us a lot about what's going on in our lives.

70% of the toxins in the body are expelled through breathing, and the oxygens purify the blood and at all at once, the cells within the system. The most lavish spender of Prana is the mind. How many times do we feel exhausted when we don't get enough oxygen in our system? The brain gets Restless and easily irritated.

OM means Atma; it's the sound of creation that is the beginning. All the Mantra normally start with om. The M sound is also composed of four main letters: a u, m, and anusvara; anusvara is not really a sound but is the humming at the end of the sound.
